Customer Success Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for creative, proactive and result driven Customer Success Manager who will help Global Print API platform provider to acquire new clients and grow business. The platform has been awarded as one of the promising revolutions and disruption in the print industry. With one single API integration, platform customers - web2print providers, publishers, and Fortune 500 companies connect and route print jobs to local print providers all over the world.

You will be working in the team of a few people where each person is responsible for a certain customer segment and geographical area. All sales people are in Netherlends. In Lviv you will sit together with the development team.


Responsibilities:
  • Undertake LinkedIn & email campaigns
  • Attend industry-specific events (2-3 events a year)
  • Process inbound leads
  • Leverage referrals from other businesses
  • Prospect and identify new opportunities to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Manage and maintain all pipeline and sales related activity within Hubspot.com
  • Sell Global Print API services to inbound and outbound accounts around the world
  • Nurture and support new customers (a kind of account/onboarding manager)   


Requirements:
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
  • Experience in building relationships with clients
  • English level at least upper-intermediate
  • Next to English, speaking at least one of the following languages: Dutch, Danish, Spanish, German or French
  • Active social networker on Linkedin, Instagram, and Facebook or Twitter
  • Ability to working flexible working hours (Dealing with multiple time zones)
  • Experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation tools
  • Excellent communication skills
