DevOps Engineer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled DevOps engineer, who would join our team of innovators working on the product that is ​used by a top-five company in the world, like Amazon, and has millions of users all over the world.

The platform develops the company's stuff potential due to flexible planning, transformation communication, experimental learning, and special recognition. The Client's aim is to create for employees, the solution delivers more control over their schedule providing work-life balance, as well as the opportunity to develop skills, improve sales acumen and maximize their earnings and advancing their economic well-being.

As part of the DevOps team, you will have the opportunity to work on a highly distributed enterprise micro-service SaaS platform. You will ensure that code can flow from the developers’ machine to the production environment smoothly, quickly and securely. This requires a focus on automation, documentation and creativity to make the process efficient, painless, reliable and secure.

  • Maintenance of the CI and CD pipelines
  • Management of monitoring and alerting
  • Problem management, diagnosis and resolution with a distributed application (microservices architecture)
  • Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts
  • Enhance performance management including bottleneck analysis and application performance monitoring and testing
  • Provide operational and risk management
  • Collaborate with all teams (cloud operators, developers, QA members and other staff) to provide and manage systems facilitating daily tasks
  • Drive operational processes improvements to benefit the organization


  • The ability to work anywhere in the stack: code, container, OS, cloud provider
  • Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, Gitlab)
  • Experience operating containerized platforms, in particular Kubernetes
  • Competency in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Go)
  • Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills
  • An obsession with making every task as efficient as possible
  • A genuine interest in understanding how a system works, no matter how complex it might

  • Nice to have - experience with distributed databases (e.g. Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB)
  • Nice to have - familiarity with service meshes
  • Nice to have - familiarity with configuration and secret management systems
