Job Overview:
We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team to help source and pursue well rounded individuals for various Technical projects. As an IT Recruiter, you’ll contribute to Proffiz success as you participate in full life-cycle recruiting process.

This should be a person, obliged to keep up our hiring process.


Responsibilities:
• Write and post technical job descriptions
• Completing and maintaining a candidate database
• Source potential candidates on platforms, like LinkledIn and Facebook
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
• Interview candidates
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails
• Onboard new hires
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products


Requirements:
• Work experience as a Technical Recruiter at least 2 years
• Ability to adapt to changing environments
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• English level at least intermediate
