Job Overview:
We are looking for creative, proactive and result driven Tech Support Manager who will help Global Print API platform provider to integrate new clients and support existing.

The platform has been awarded as one of the promising revolutions and disruption in the print industry. With one single API integration, platform customers - web2print providers, publishers, and Fortune 500 companies connect and route print jobs to local print providers all over the world.

You will be working in the team based in several locations - Ukraine (Lviv), Netherlands and Denmark.

  • Helping the print partners with implementing and testing their integration within their production dashboard
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining print products list
  • Expand print product range by signaling demands from leads and clients
  • Work closely with the Global Print Manager to streamline operations
  • Building knowledge base   

  • Structured personality and eye for details
  • Having a systematic approach
  • Good communication skills, as mail/chat communication is a large part of the job
  • English level upper-intermediate
  • Preferable experience in the print industry
  • An interest in developing and learning additional tech skills and print industry-related skills
  • Ability to work flexible working hours (dealing with multiple time zones)
  • If needed the ability to travel (visit global print partners)
