Junior Recruiter – The Driver 

In Proffiz’s Formula 1, Junior Recruiter is a driver who helps find other drivers. You will assist in creating a cool match between specialists and our projects. You are going to be an important team player and your own success is the success of the whole crew!

Let us introduce ourselves! Proffiz is a software & product engineering company with over 70 people aboard. Our customers are from the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe. As a part of our recruitment team, you will work with highly-skilled, result-driven, passionate specialists. We have lots of projects in such spheres as fintech, printing, image processing, offenders rehabilitation, business processes management, etc. With over 16 years of experience under the belt, we are constantly growing and improving to provide our clients with the best solutions.

Your driving experience

> 6+ months of experience in IT recruitment (agency or IT company)

> At least basic understanding of programming languages/technologies

> Skills in a variety of sourcing techniques (not only job websites)

> Stress resistance, willingness to work with different level positions, both tech and non-tech

> Mindset: tactful, mature, flexible, and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures

> Team player person who values accountability, honesty, and has a strong sense of urgency

> Should be willing to participate in other HR projects

> Excellent organizational skills

> At least an intermediate-strong level of English

It will be a plus:

> Experience with different recruitment ATS

The Crew 

You will be a part of the recruitment team at Proffiz which consists of 5 people. There is also team lead.


The race begins with a warm-up lap – you may call it –  onboarding. During the warm-up lap, you meet the HR-manager who solves various organizational questions, guides you to the office, adds you to internal communication channels, provides you with the needed equipment, etc. Then meet the client, the team, drink a cup of tea or coffee and start exploring the project.

After a warm-up lap, you are ready to the race in which you should:

> Be involved in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, contacting, interviewing, background checks, selection, and hiring

> Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, job sites, etc.

> Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions

> Assess applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions

> Take part in HR activities

> Review and understand technical job requirements

> Maintain relationships with candidates and build a strong passive talent pipeline

> Help us build an impressive Employer Brand

The Driver Assessment

> Initial screen (30-45 minutes)

> Final interview (1 hour)
