Your driving experience
> Have 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design;
> Have a portfolio of your works showcasing your design thinking process;
> Have a good knowledge of UX/UI best practices;
> Can clearly communicate the design process, ideas and solutions to teams;
> Understand the importance of user-centered design, testing methodologies, usability and accessibility concerns;
> Have experience in conducting user research and usability testing;
> Have experience working under constraints;
> Have an experience in launching at least one digital product and being able to explain why it failed/succeeded;
> Have a good eye for details.
The race begins with a warm-up lap – you may call it – onboarding. During the warm-up lap, you meet the HR-manager who solves various organizational questions, guides you to the office, adds you to internal communication channels, provides you with the needed equipment, etc. Then meet the client, the team, drink a cup of tea or coffee and start exploring the project.
After a warm-up lap, you are ready to the race in which you will be working with stakeholders including Product Owner and development team to propose, develop, implement, as well as, validate UX/UI design ideas and solutions. Develop new and improve existing UX/UI design. Create prototypes to present and test concepts. Conduct usability testing and post-testing analysis.
