Job Requirements 

▪ 5+ years of software engineering experience and Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, data science or related field
▪ Deep experience working with GCP big data Services: BigQuery, DataFlow, PubSub, DataForm
▪ Experience with large distributed and online transactional systems
▪ Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
▪ Experience building and optimizing big data pipelines, architectures, and data sets
▪ Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
▪ Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets
▪ Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
▪ Knowledge of programming languages; (Python and Java)
▪ English level at least upper-intermediate

Responsibilities

▪ Collaborate with a team of experienced data scientists and architects
▪ Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and improve data access, transformation performance
▪ Improve data quality and reliability, analyze and organize raw data. Create documentation, analyze and define structured data
▪ Troubleshoot and fix data discrepancies, build data systems and data pipelines (ETL, ELT….)
▪ Build and enhance the distributed microservices platform, maintaining a high level of performance
▪ Build and improve the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and GCP technologies
