Print.com is an international print platform serving print professionals, brands, and creative businesses across Europe. Through its web application and API, customers can access a broad range of print products, automate ordering, and manage fulfillment workflows. Proffiz partnered with Print.com to develop a new customer-facing application while also accelerating the development and modernization of its core platform.

Challenge & Solution

Print.com wanted to launch a mobile-friendly web application with advanced product customization capabilities while maintaining a seamless, pixel-perfect user experience. The new solution also had to fit naturally into the company’s existing technology stack and infrastructure.

At the same time, part of the engagement focused on migrating functionality from the existing platform to a new architecture, helping Print.com modernize its core product and support future expansion into new services and customer segments.

Proffiz engineers work as an integrated part of Print.com’s in-house team, contributing to new feature development, platform migration, stabilization, and continuous improvements. The teams collaborate daily using Agile practices, with a strong focus on production reliability and rapid issue resolution in a heavily used live environment.
