The client reached us with the goal of extending their photo editing tool to a wider audience. The core was that the technology of AI photo editing was targeted to technical clients mostly, while non-technical users were limited in actions. Proffiz was involved to provide a user-friendly interface for an existing photo editing tool and incorporate it with convenient features.
We started our cooperation with one full stack developer who has been building a front end and improving UI abilities, creating filters, and expanding features, as well as, moving the existing functions to the new app made from scratch. On the client side, there were tech lead and back-end engineers. A delivery manager, along with the tech lead, improved the requirements and established weekly meetings to present performed work and adjust further plans. Also, during our cooperation, we launched a knowledge base for easier project scalability.
After presenting the first version of the UI client decided to add more features to the tool and we expanded the team and integrated a QA engineer to perform testing. The application went into production and is actively used by everyday users, photographers, and brands working with immense scope of photos. We continue our fruitful cooperation and work on the next versions of the product.
